Police Report of ANN BAKER, 20 May 1826

ANN BAKER, a damsel who had been taking an overdose of the strong waters, and exercising her lungs to the great annoyance of sundry peaceable inhabitants—was ordered to repair forthwith to the factory; then and there, to remain, during a period of at least six weeks.
